Getting to the ETH Zentrum campus
From Zurich Airport
By tram (recommended route)
- Take Tram #10 (towards Bahnhofplatz/HB) to Haldenegg station. Travel time: 30 minutes
- Tickets: Exit the main airport terminal and buy your ticket at the ticket machine at the tram station to "Zurich City" which is already displayed on the screen as one of the standard destinations. The machine accepts credit cards and is also Paypass-enabled for quick purchases.
By train
- Take the S-Bahn to Zurich Main Station (Zürich Hauptbahnhof), then take Tram #6 (towards Zürich Zoo)or Tram #10 (towards Zürich Flughafen) to Haldenegg station. Travel time: 35 minutes
By taxi
- Catch a taxi outside the main airport terminal. Travel time: 15 minutes.
Getting to the ETH Hönggerberg campus
Shuttle bus ETH Link
- Monday to Friday.
- Departs from: ETH Zurich, Zentrum campus, in the underpass under the Polyterrasse (Floor C).
- Departure times: From 7:50 am to 6:32 pm, every 20 minutes at 10, 30 and 50 minutes past the hour to ETH Zurich, Hönggerberg/Science City.
- Also stops at the "Haldenegg" tram stop (at 13, 33, 53 minutes past the hour, from 7:09 am to 6:35 pm).
- Journey time: approx. 15 minutes.
